Ice Fishing

Rusty and Tommy went ice fishing last weekend with their friends Mark and Ellis at Horse Thief Reservoir.  It was Tommy's first time ice fishing and they had a great time!  Tommy caught a 14-inch rainbow trout that we ate for dinner that night.  It was yummy, thanks to Mark, who taught Rusty how to clean and cook the fish.  Of course, I didn't appreciate the fish head ventriloquism act over the shower door while I was getting ready for work....

The boys' favorite part of the trip was the snowball fight.  There was the incident of Ellis chasing Rusty with a snowball and falling into the ice hole!  (It was small hole.)
